This is an exceptional piece for me, I have had it on the wall unmounted for a while. The paper aged gracefully, I am tempted to say it is alive.

After mounting it, I Have kept it safely stored in its box, a few years later, I took it out; when the light hit it, I was in shock with its grace.

Although it is an illusion to think Humans can ever reproduce nature, and that nothing will replace the sensations of the live viewings of cherry blossoms. I have found, it brought me serenity, inner peace and harmony.

It is created it with black Sumi and blueish Sumi, a hint of golden paint which changes colour over time. Japanese mineral paint and gold leaf.

It is pure poetry in my eyes, it would be difficult to let it go, but also an honour if it can find the right home.

I produce these pieces only during spring, as I need to feel its energy.

Although there are minor imperfections, and that it is mounted on fabric, so not totally flat. I would still recommend it.

If you have a minimal space, a meditation space or a tearoom! This piece would be perfect to help focus and relaxation.

It is still not signed, and the seal has not been applied, as I am worried it would take away from its simplicity.

I could sign it at the back as an option!
