The Om tattoo is probably one of the most know tattoos! Along with flowers, butterflies, stars, dragons, etc. The OM is definitely a symbol that brings you balance and happiness. Here is a slight variation on the traditional OM symbol.

I believe everyone can gain of getting a AUM tattoo symbol on their bodies. However I encourage you not to take a om tattoo for granted. It should push you to learn about its meaning. Study it, feel it! Practice it!
