Refund
We offer a refund policy for products sent via the post, providing we have the product back to us in perfect conditions within 7 days of delivery (We will refund you the amount you paid minus the cost of delivery and the paypal fee), we’ll also ask you to explain in reasonable terms why you are not happy with the product (so that we can improve our description). We apply a 100% no refund policy for digital downloads.

Delivery
All deliveries are done via Express recorded delivery to ensure fast and secure shipping, delivery price is included in the purchase price. Thanks to the reliable and price consistent EMS Japanese service. Our partners who have been exporting from Japan for over 6 years, have never had a problem with recorded delivery. So we don’t see why we would have a problem ourselves!
All of our products, excepting for digital downloads, are sent via EMS Japanese Postal service.Once you have received your order confirmation from one of our team members. You will receive a tracking number. You can use that number to track your order from the EMS website, Quick delivery is available for posts up to 30kg, over 120 countries and areas worldwide.
If for any reasons we have a problem, regarding your location. We will contact you to arrange another delivery method, or refund you. It’s that simple!
We understand that the EMS service is slightly more expensive than the airmail service. We chose this service to ensure that you would receive your purchase as fast as we can. As we expect that you will want your order As fast as you can get it! It is also the safest way for you and us, so that the product does not get lost! If you wish to have cheaper delivery, At your own risk, please contact us before making your order!

Please contact us, if you do not live within the US or Europe! We trust the Japanese service as it is always in time! So are their trains! Matched to Swiss clocks! However, we can not be responsible for your local post office! But you can be sure we will do our best, so that you get your product ASAP! And to help you in case you had a problem! Combined shipping and Guidance
Currently, our online system does not offer ‘combined shipping, as we are only starting selling products through our website. It is often cheaper to combine shipping. Also there is a lot of publications available here! So while you might want to choose a product you can see on our website! We still recommend you to contact us if you require combined shipping, and also, if you wish us to guide you in finding the ‘publication’ that is the most appropriate to your needs according to your preferences.

If a product is marked as sold out! It simply means we do not have it in stock! However, we might be able to stock it in 24h. So do not hesitate to contact us.
